Si discuterà inoltre l'internazionalizzazione e la creazione e gestione di un team di sales&marketing. Nel corso del seminario saranno descritti casi di studio specifici sui concetti toccati.ALESSANDRO SANTOAlessandro Santo is currently engaged in his own "search fund", aiming to scout, select and join the next "hot" start up. Previously he was General Partner with dPixel, a seed-stage, Internet-focused, venture capital firm based in Milan, Italy. Alessandro focuses on originating and managing investments in the dPixel portfolio and sat on Ibrii, Searcheeze and Iubenda boards.Alessandro has a broad interest in companies leveraging the Internet, with a specific focus on marketplaces either B2C or B2B. During his engagement with dPixel, Alessandro was instrumental to the success of Telecom Italia business plan competition (launched by Salvo Mizzi (16)).Prior to joining dPixel, Alessandro worked as a case team leader for Bain & Company in Milan, covering several industries, from consumer goods to cleantech, and type of engagements. Alessandro began his career in 2000 as equity sales with Euromobiliare SIM, one of Italy's oldest and most respected brokerage firms.Alessandro is a summa cum laude Economics & Finance graduate of Bocconi University of Milan, Italy and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he actively engaged with the broader Columbia community.Alessandro is the founder and chairman of the Lorenzo Santo Foundation, a small endowment supporting entrepreneurial youth in their studies.FOLLOW-APPFollow-App è un'attività sperimentale realizzata da ARTI e QIRIS in collaborazione con la Regione Puglia -- programma Bollenti Spiriti nell'ambito dell'iniziativa Innovazione per l'occupabilità -- Azioni a supporto del Piano Straordinario per il Lavoro 2011.
