The past 18 years Andy has been specializing in site selection with feasibility study, competitor evaluations, financial forecast, business plans, and lender pro-formas for self-storage. In addition, Andy has been the internet marketing arm for numerous self-storage facilities, providing leading edge technology and techniques to improve overall performance.
