Mr Passmore’s past positions have included Head of Research at Patersons Securities Ltd (now Canaccord Genuity (Australia) Limited) and Executive Director, Institutional Banking & Markets Division at Commonwealth Bank of Australia Ltd.Mr Passmore is an experienced corporate executive and company director with recent appointments including Managing Director of Rox Resources Ltd, Chairman of Cannon Resources Ltd, Managing Director of Cockatoo Iron NL, Non-Executive Director of Aspire Mining Ltd, Non-Executive (and Executive) Director of Equator Resources Ltd / Cobalt One Ltd which merged with TSX-listed First Cobalt Corp) and CEO of Draig Resources Ltd (now Bellevue Gold Ltd).Mr Passmore is currently a director of the following listed entities: Pearl Gull Iron Ltd and Blencowe Resources Ltd (London-listed).
