Mr Marshall holds academic qualifications which include a Master of Petroleum Engineering from Curtin University, Bachelor of Science (Petroleum Geology) from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce (Investment Finance and Corporate Finance) from the University of Western Australia. Kane is also Non Executive Chairman of Consolidated Africa Limited (NSX:CRA) and IPB Petroleum Limited (ASX:IPB).
