Carl Quintanilla, David Faber and Sara Eisen kicked off a new week of trading with stocks rebounding sharply and oil prices giving back some of Friday's huge gains  -- despite the ongoing Israel-Iran conflict. President Trump approved U.S. Steel's deal with Nippon Steel, with terms requiring a "golden share" for the U.S. government.
