Marmelada iz grozdja

Poslušalka sprašuje, kaj bi lahko naredila iz grozdja poleg soka – je pa z zelo velikimi jagodami, da ima tudi debelo lupino in peške. Sestra Nikolina predlaga, da ga očisti in naloži na pladenj, da zamrznit in potem uporablja za pite, zavitke, kompote, čaje. Za marmelado pa damo grozdje kuhat (v posodo prilije malo tekočine), tako da jagode popokajo. Dobljeno spasiramo (ne s paličnim mešalnikom), vrnemo v lonec, po želji in okusu dodamo sladkor in skuhamo ter naložimo v kozarce.
