#MarriageFraud means that you cannot obtain #immigration benefits for the rest of your life. In that case, if the immigration entity adjudicated that there was not a #bonafide marriage and that #marriage fraud was committed then you would have to either do a motion to reopen to show why there was no marriage fraud or you could do a new #adjustment application with a complete addendum as to why there was no marriage fraud. #immigrationlawyer @Brian D.
