Married Teacher Already Serving 8 Years For Having Sex With Students Has 4 More Years Added To Sentence

A Florida high school teacher who was previously sentenced to eight years for sending nude photos to a minor has pleaded guilty to having sex with a 17-year-old girl. Brock Smith, 32, from Naples, agreed to a plea deal on Tuesday and had four years added to his previous prison term, for a total of 12 years. Smith, who has two young children with his fitness instructor ex-wife, will also have to register as a sex offender and spend 12 years on probation.
