After originally aspiring to venture into the world of Sports Law, she eventually completed her MSc. In Olympic Studies, Olympic Education, Organization and Management of Olympic Events at International Olympic Academy in Olympia, Greece.    Masha believes in supporting community initiatives and recently founded Black in Sports Business (BSB), an organization that aims to connect and encourage the presence of black professionals in the sports industry.
