Sharing his personal experiences. Marteka has over 15 years experience improving emotional wellbeing through coaching, consulting and mentoring. She is an expert in mental health and is curating health & wellbeing programmes for individuals, teams and organisations. She has worked in one of the UK's largest NHS Mental Health Trusts. And practices as a Psychotherapist, specialising in compulsive & emotional eating disorders. Covid-19 has the potential to increase discrimination for vulnerable communities, particularly where there is existing discrimination.
