At the beginning, after setting the scene, we tackle the question as to whether it's appropriate to encourage people to be life long chiropractic patients. Some in the profession suggest it's not appropriate and we should be able to teach/train/coach all people out of a problem and dis-engage with them as soon as possible or you are just ripping people off. We came to the conclusion that with todays stressful lifestyles and peoples desire to be as healthy as possible there is a need and desire by many to add chiropractic to their healthy lifestyle choices hence it is appropriate to some people.  So listen on to find out things to do during your 1st, 2nd or routine visits that can help you engage better with your clients.
