Marty Supreme: Chalamet’s Ping-Pong Rise and Bitter Fall

Greg dismantles Marty Supreme: a film about a table tennis prodigy (Timothée Chalamet) fighting to prove he’s somebody while navigating a con-artist family, a manipulative affair, and the chase for sponsorship and a world title. He praises the movie’s setup and first half but calls the second half a collapse — boring chemistry, unlikeable characters, and a meandering finale.
