Marvell Eagleson on saying YES to Letting Go of Barriers

Fan Mail: Tell Wendy how you're saying yes to yourself!Hello friends!  This week on the say YES to your yourself! podcast Wendy talks with the enchanting Marvell Eagleson.  She shares that from a young age a passion for travel was ignited and it led her to study and teach foreign languages. Wendy and Marvell discuss how after retirement she found she was no longer using her French language skills and chose a 3-month trip to Rouen to reconnect with her love of the language de France. She was called to say YES to stepping out of her comfort zone and embracing the opportunity to let go of  barriers and get out of her own way!   They also talk about giving yourself the gift of letting go of our preconceived ideas about what others are thinking or where they are coming from.  Her mother guided her with the motto and idea of 'why not!' Give to yourself and feed your Spirit!
