Mary Cullen MY PROPERTY WORLD profile conversation with Will Mallard #121

from My Property World with WILL MALLARD · host Will Mallard

Mary Cullen is an internationally award winning residential property developer based on England's south coast with both a great story and an openness that is refreshing. The bag of money story is just one of the great twists in the story so far. The harrowing story of her childhood growing in a picturesque Irish national park, the escape to England, the move into property including buying an actual palace (as you do), facing off with the mafia while mixing with the super yacht set before having to rebuild her business back in England is instructive of the power we have as people. There are several books and possibly a movie or two in this heart-breaking but inspiring conversation. Mary can be contacted via her social media profiles, she operates as an investor, developer and mentor in property. There is an another project focused episode where Mary covers a nursing home conversion to six flats with three serviced accommodation units with a hefty uplift while helping a community to regenerate an old building.  Check this out and subscribe in your podcast app so you don't miss the next great episode. Will Mallard is a social impact investor focused on English social housing portfolios with partners.
