Mary Holland and Mike Sweeney are parents of young adult sons, who aged out of public education. After searching for a good match to continue their sons' learning and vocational development, they came up empty, so they decided to join with other families in the same boat. Voila! Endeavor 21+ Foundation, a 501c3 that offers educational, vocational, and life skills opportunities at the safe, diverse, and intergenerational community of the Threefold Educational Foundation in Rockland County, NY. Endeavor 21+ “Team Members” have access to a truly integrated community where all embrace the opportunity to “Learn. Work. Live.” together. The mission of Endeavor 21+ is to make possible a self-sufficient and positive future for adults of all abilities to thrive in typical work and social settings.
