Mary Kate Person

from Dream On with Kylie Ohlmiller Hosted by KO17 Lacrosse

Mary Kate Person is this episode's guest and she is one of the most entertaining and energetic people you'll hear from on the Dream On Podcast. Her energy is a trait that she constantly comes back to during this conversation, as she mentions it's one of the driving forces behind what makes her who she is as a teammate, a leader, and a person. Mary Kate transferred to Tampa this year after playing her freshman year at Long Island University. She is a draw specialist and a midfielder for the Spartans, and was just named a Captain by her coaches for the 2024 Season. MK is also a first cadet in Tampa's ROTC program, something she feels she was drawn to pursue during her college years in order to serve in the military beyond. Throughout this episode we talk about the challenges she's overcome by looking at life with a big picture perspective and following guidance from one of her best mentors, her father Andy. This is a fun one. I hope you enjoy! -- Your Host, Kylie Ohlmiller
