Maryland Basketball Lands Elite 3-Point Threat

Buzz Williams secures a significant addition to Marylands mens basketball roster for the 2026-27 season, committing Boston University guard Michael McNair. McNair, a six-foot-five combo guard, brings an elite three-point stroke, averaging 16.9 points per game and shooting 44.4% from beyond the arc last season. His arrival addresses Marylands need for scoring punch from the perimeter, as the team ranked 303rd nationally in three-point shooting last season. McNairs commitment, along with other transfers and returning players, strengthens Marylands backcourt, leaving fans excited for the upcoming season.
