Maryland launches Cannabis sales!

Maryland officially launched adult-use Cannabis sales on July 1, 2023!Meanwhile, a separate law also took effect on July 1 that prevents police from using the odor or possession of Cannabis alone as the basis of a search. Yet another law going into effect makes it so the lawful and responsible use of Cannabis by parents and guardians cannot be construed by state officials as child “neglect.”What else do you need to know as a consumer?
