Maryland Terps: Drafted & Undrafted, Still Making Noise

The 2026 NFL Draft concluded swiftly, with the Las Vegas Raiders selecting quarterback Fernando Mendoza first overall. Maryland Terrapins had a subdued draft, with only safety Jalen Huskey going in the second round to the Jacksonville Jaguars. However, four Terps secured undrafted free agent deals, including Octavian Smith Junior with the Baltimore Ravens. Despite recent on-field struggles, Maryland continues to produce NFL talent, with stars like DJ Moore and Darnell Savage, and undrafted players like Nick Cross and Chigoziem Okonkwo making significant impacts. Keep an eye on the undrafted Terps, as they could be the next to make noise in the league. Support the show:Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
