Masculinities and Fatherhood in Advertising

In this episode, I explore how fatherhood is represented in Turkish advertising, based on my recent article “From Heroic Masculinity to Feminist Dads: Advertising Fatherhood in Türkiye” published in the International Journal of Communication. From heroic masculinity to more progressive portrayals of caregiving dads, I discuss the shifting narratives around fatherhood in Türkiye.
