Mask OFF!!!

Have you ever felt that you’re wearing a mask in order to fit in with everyone else? Do you feel like you’re hiding who you really are? If so, then you’re not alone. All too often, people put on a mask and live under the facade of who they’re not. We all need to be accepted and at times, we choose to sacrifice our identities just to fit in. It’s easy to bend the truth and make ourselves look and act like something we’re not. But why do we do it? We try to impress others and this often results in a mask that hides our true selves. We can spend so much of our lives pretending that we forget who we really are. We get so used to wearing this mask that it becomes our identity, leaving us unable to be true to ourselves.
