Mass Transit Sky Trams (Nick Pizzuti)

Idea: To use "sky trams" (aka "aerial tramways" or "cable cars") for mass transit in the US. They could be used in several places, such as in the mountains, between skyscrapers, in the center of split highways, in Miami after Florida sinks underwater due to global warming, and in Alaska after the permasoft melts and turns the ground to mud.
