Per la prima volta da quando sono seguito, ho una percentuale di grasso inferiore al 7% e 60.9 kg di FFM (fat free mass o massa magra priva di grasso) su 65.3 kg complessivi; rispetto alle misurazioni di luglio 2019, ovvero da quando ho deciso di farmi seguire da un nutrizionista sportivo, ho perso l'11% di massa grassa e guadagnato 6 kg di muscolatura. Parlerò ancora di nutrizione nel podcast, ma ascoltate la prima parte di questa puntata per altri dettagli.Per rispondere alla domanda di uno di voi, vi spiego il mio metodo di riscaldamento pre-corsa: movimenti articolari prima di partire, soprattutto quando fa freddo, poi corsetta per 10 o 20 minuti a seconda di quel che devo fare, e poi stretching dinamico e allunghi quando ho in tabella dei lavori; una volta a casa, rilassamento muscolare con foam roller o pallina o pistola massaggiante, e la sera, a fine giornata, stretching statico.In questo periodo ho comprato quattro paia di scarpe: due paia di Nike Pegasus 37 in super offerta durante il Black Friday, e delle Li-Ning (Rabbit IV e SuperLight XVI) per gli sconti dell'11 su Aliexpress. Non ho un gran feeling con le Nike mentre le altre, economiche come non mai, si meritano un test su strada.
