Peter Rochel spricht mit Antonia Cox, Gründerin und Geschäftsführerin der Pottburri GmbH. Es geht dabei vor allem um Innovation die nachhaltig dazu beiträgt Abfall zu reduzieren und Plastikmüll zu vermeiden. Potpourri ist ein Anzuchttopf, hergestellt aus biologisch abbaubaren Abfällen der Nahrungsmittelindustrie. Er wird einfach mit der Pflanze eingegraben und kompostiert vollständig ohne Rückstände. Damit ersetzt Pottburri ein Massen-Wegwerfprodukt aus Kunststoff. Inzwischen ist das Startup mehrfach für seine Innovation ausgezeichnet worden und wurde noch bekannter durch die Vox Fernsehsendung Die Höhle der Löwen.
