Massive proposal to go before Mooresville town leaders

A proposed development set to go before Mooresville town leaders was first presented to the town planning board last fall. At the time, it was met with concerns from the board as well as Mooresville residents.These concerns include traffic issues, lack of retail-commercial space, and the development's distance from the nearest fire department.
