from Voices of Taos · host The Taos News

Join Assistant Editor Geoffrey Plant for a special series on the proposed Tarleton Ranch Eco-Village (TREV) development. This week's guests are master planner John Halley and real estate developer Mark Yaravitz. John and Mark share their hopes for the TREV community and some facts about the project they hope will help people understand the scope of the multi-decade development. Some things they hope to bring to the north side of Taos are affordable housing, sustainable agriculture, a pharmacy, a retirement community, healthcare, and a hotel. They argue that by creating infrastructure for the village (including a recycled water treatment facility) they will be offering Taos a place for sustainable growth.
