Mastering Public Speaking - whether you are at an event or online

Now that we are coming back together in person in addition to all the 'online' work we have been doing, learning how to communicate effectively and with conviction is a skill we can always use.  Public Speaking as Travel Professionals isn't something we can avoid if we want to grow our business too.    In the travel industry, public speaking is one of the most personal ways to reach new clients and potential customers. In order to maximize this tactic, as Travel Advisors, we may need to make sure that we are as comfortable as possible when delivering a presentation or speaking to our clients, both new and existing.     Jaimie Abbott, our guest for today is an award-winning media professional and international keynote speaker.
