Hello, my friend. One of the reasons why I consider mental and physical health so crucial for manifesting your dreams is because it all comes down to the quality of emotions that predominate your life. From what I observed, many of us struggle to maintain a positive state of mind. We are drowning in guilt and shame, constantly beating ourselves down, striving for perfection or we feel resentment and wish things would be better. We identify ourselves with our behaviors and believe that this is WHO WE ARE. I may not know you personally but here is what I DO know: you aren't your behavior. You are this amazing, loving energy that can attract pretty much ANYTHING. YES! You heard me right. The problem is that as long as we are wrapped up in our identity, our struggles, or our ego, we stop embracing the most important emotion and that is JOY.
