This week we welcomed beloved Local Brewery Owner & Advanced Cicerone Collin Zreet for a unique Belgian Beer Tasting and food pairing. This was the first ticketed tasting of it's kind and helluva time with fabled brews Cantillon Gueuze, Tilquin Quetsche, Trappist Westmalle Tripel, Brasserie de Blaugies La Vermontoise with assorted cheese, nut, & fruit pairings provided by Priory Hospitality. It was a sellout event and a fantastic night here in the taproom. This was a one-off event that we weren't even going to record but decided to set up the gear at the last minute so please excuse the shit show!
