Welcome to our FORTIETH episode! Another milestone in the short life of this podcast, and we couldn’t have done it without you! Such a milestone of a show deserves a topic which is significantly worthy of discussion…and BOY O’ BOY do we have that for you THIS episode, which finds RevRob pontificating (like that one?) on the subject of FALSE TEACHERS of the Word, especially those in the CHURCH. These men (AND women) are “masters of disguise” because of the way they HIDE the truth of the gospel in order to promote their OWN ideals and platforms…in other words, they’ve MASTERED the art of DISGUISING their own agendas by passing them off as GOD’s agendas.   And….this episode we aim to EXPOSE such false teachers and inform you of how YOU can tell what constitutes false teaching. Discussion topics include what the show “The Twilight Zone” can teach us about this subject; that time when Moses said lying on God should get you merked (that’s a ghetto colloquialism for “killed”); how certain sayings which you THOUGHT were in the Bible….AREN’T; why preachers should ALWAYS be put to the test; why your grandmother was WRONG when she told you not to question the pastor; and why churches who care TOO MUCH about attendance and taking up offerings should be avoided at all costs!
