Today marks International Day of Education. Education is a human right meaning that the right to education is legally guaranteed for all without any discrimination. Governments have the obligation to protect, respect, and fulfil the right to education. So what is the role of parents in the education system? Why do we still have children of school going age loitering the streets when they should be at school?
