Spanning lender and intermediary markets within retail, property, insurance and most recently specialist and mainstream lending. She currently has a senior leadership role with Barclays UK and Kensington Mortgages as Head of Mortgage Intermediary Partnerships. Her experience includes building and leading diverse teams in predominantly B2B sales and relationship environments. She specialises in building and executing commercial propositions and embedding strategic change. She prides herself on her professionalism, collaboration and strong work ethic. Frances enjoys spending her free time with her two young children, husband, family and friends. Recently becoming a mentor, Frances has found her experience of becoming a mother and returning to full time work has helped other women in similar situations.
