A Frenchwoman, former nurse (4 years in the intensive care unit), she is 26 years old and currently living in Bangkok. Foreign medical practitioners aren’t allowed to work in Thailand, so being resourceful Mathilde decided to completely change direction: create her own watch and launch her start-up. As young entrepreneurs rarely have much capital, once the design and protype were completed she decided to take yet another innovative step – launch her brand on a Crowdfunding platform to finance her first mass production.
