It advocates for the augmentation of the human body and bodily functions with technology. However, the underlying philosophy that informs the desire to pursuit these technologies questions what it means to be free, what it means to have a body, and what it means to be human. Grayson Quay, author of The Transhumanist Temptation How Technology and Ideology Are Reshaping Humanity—And How to Resist, joins Fr. George to discuss some of these philosophies. And how we are to think rightly and what the Church has to say about such technologies. You can follow Grayson Quay on X @hemingquay. Links Order your copy of Why Christians Can Wear Pants here. Fr.
