Matt Abbott

Welcome to the 32nd episode of Time For Heroes, this week my guest is Matt Abbott. Matt is a poet (you might have seen him on the Nationwide Building Society adverts) and also frontman of Skint & Demoralised, as well as this Matt runs his own spoken word label, Nymphs & Thugs, where he releases his own work as well as other artists. We discussed Matt's career in full and then he picked his heroes. Matt was a fantastic guest, I hope you all enjoy!
