Matt & Amelia fix everything #3
from No Outlet Hosted by Ethan Jule
There is a lot to fix but you have to start somewhere and, thankfully, we have Matt and Amelia taking care of a lot and checking boxes every day. We talked about the three year "runway to normal" (what's that?), meeting mom during Covid, becoming a Nomad in the 21st century, where not to park snow blowers, we answer the question "how many addresses can two people have inside of 2 months", are they really the roommates that leave no trace?, can the snooze button be ignored?, what is the game plan when a hell-cat goes AWOL, how much fun is it to sand poorly applied stain, what are the consequences of an overly cautious mortgage underwriter, waiting for a rotten ceiling to fall in can be fun, speaking of fun...no matter what you do it's very important, Key (major key) advice to all new homeowners, what projects are next and we unveil their brand new theme song among several other VERY important topics! We hope you all enjoy the conversation and get as much from it as we did! #homeimprovement #majorkey #cats #runawaycat #mortgagenightmare #Nomads #Snowblower #kardashians #snoozebutton #leavenotrace #fixit
