You can change. You can make anything beautiful again. Beautify your life and be your very own personal landscaper! Join me and Matt McAlvin for a dope recorded conversation after we took a hot yoga class. This episode was spur of the moment which was really fun. We talk about synchronicities after we experienced our own that same morning. Allowing and surrendering to life’s beautiful path. Ex college football player. From 305 lbs to 205 lbs. Lost 100 pounds. The value of rest and recovery for athletes (and everyone else too) How he got into serious depression and how he got out Listening more than talking has been a paradigm shift for him He proves that the DM or direct messaging actually works (it’s how get landed his job!) CHALLENGE: This week’s challenge is inspired by Brené Brown and The Call to Courage: first, watch Brené’s Netflix special “The Call to Courage.” Second, dare to vulnerable. It could be an apology to someone you’ve been holding a grudge toward, journaling about your insecurities, posting a video talking about your personal challenges, or any leading any type of difficult conversation. Vulnerability is strength, not weakness. #goalinkchallenge   There are a few ways you can report back once you complete the challenge.
