Matt Brooker is a full-time teacher and mental health advocate. We discuss the stresses and strain on adults within the education sector and strategies we can use to help keep our lives more balanced.Matt and I trained and qualified as teachers the same year and have stayed in contact. It was a pleasure to connect on this level and have an honest conversation about the education sector in 2024.
