Matt Clements is the Chief Revenue Officer at Kismet. He's had Christmas dinner with Mark Woodland every year since leaving Xplor, and when Mark incorporated the business he tattooed the Kismet heart on his ankle. He wasn't working here yet, but he knew he would be back. This week he is. It's his third week on the job and he turned up to the studio in an official KFC bomber jacket.
