Steve Scaffidi was joined in-studio by Fox, O’Neill & Shannon, S.C. attorney Matt O’Neill and they began by discussing United States Department of Justice Special Counsel Jack Smith’s finding on former U.S. President and President-Elect Donald Trump and his role in the January 6th, 2021, insurrection riots in Washington, D.C. They move on to talking about what was going to be on the docket for the Wisconsin Supreme Court including an abortion case challenging Wisconsin’s 1849 law, Act 10 challenges on collective bargaining rights for public employees and more.
