This week I had the privilege to sit down with Matt Thomas, undersheriff of Pinal Count in Arizona and author of Interceptors: The Untold Fight Against the Mexican Cartels. Matt and I discuss the impact the Cartels are having in this country, some initiatives our government could take but aren't to combat them and a host of other related issues concerning leadership and how we as a people become better.
