It doesn't mean every rich person is not going to heaven. It means God sees and knows our true hearts, motives, and thoughts. A heart cannot worship false material idols while distractedly floating through life and be wholeheartedly devoted to God at the same time. If are blessed with riches and your heart is wholeheartedly devoted to Jesus, God knows. If you are not blessed with riches and your heart is wholehearted devoted to Jesus, God knows. It's about the heart, not our bank accounts. It's about where our worship lies. If our hearts are surrendered to Jesus and His authority and Kingship, He will receive your worship as well. We are to boast in Jesus, not the bank or anything else, just Jesus, and pursue Him passionately with all our guts, heart and soul.
