Matthew 20:17-34 (pt. 1)

Jesus lived on purpose. In Matthew 20, we see Jesus moving steadily toward Jerusalem, fully aware of what is waiting for Him there. He has already told His disciples what will happen—His suffering, death, and resurrection—and yet He continues forward in obedience to the will of the Father. That kind of purpose is very different from the aimless way many people live: moving from crisis to crisis, surviving the next moment, but never really knowing where they are going.In this episode, Pastor Mike begins walking us through this section, helping us see how Jesus’ purpose carried Him through every season, and how walking with Him teaches us faithfulness in both the highs and the lows.
