If the day has been full, or your mind is still turning over what has been, this moment is for you. This is a prayer to settle your thoughts and rest in the goodness of God. We are praying from the words of Jesus in the Lord’s Prayer — “Deliver us from evil.” Father, as the day comes to a close, we draw near to You. Not holding on to the details of what has been. Not worrying about what tomorrow may bring. But resting here, in Your presence. You are the God of hope. And even now, You are filling hearts with peace. So we pause here. We let the day settle. We allow our thoughts to slow. We gently place everything that has been into Your care. So I release the thoughts that are still active. I release the small worries that linger. I release the need to replay the day in my mind. I place it all in Your hands. And now, I receive. I receive peace over my mind. I receive joy that is quiet and steady. I receive hope that carries me into tomorrow. I receive. And now I rest.Not with tension. Not with uncertainty. But with a calm and steady heart. God is with you now. You are not alone tonight. You are safe in His presence. You are held in His peace. Across the world, wherever we are listening, You are bringing rest. From London to New York, from Johannesburg to Manila, Your Spirit is calming hearts and filling lives with hope. Jesús, descanso en Tu paz y recibo Tu gozo esta noche.
