Matthew Chapters 8-10

In this episode, we read Matthew chapters 8 through 10, where Jesus demonstrates the authority of the kingdom of heaven through powerful acts of healing, deliverance, and restoration. He calms storms, heals the sick, casts out demons, and shows compassion to the outcast — revealing His authority over nature, sickness, and the spiritual realm. As the crowds grow, Jesus calls and commissions His twelve disciples, giving them authority to preach, heal, and serve. He prepares them for both acceptance and opposition, reminding them that following Him requires courage, trust, and perseverance. Matthew 8–10 shows us that the kingdom of God is not only spoken — it is lived, demonstrated, and carried forward through faithful disciples.
