God’s word says we should be both seen and heard. Steve Smith preaches from Matthew 5:13-16 and the “salt of the earth” and “light of the world” metaphors Jesus uses to call His followers to good works and good words. Our identity and responsibility as Christians to be salt and light reveals the sin that infects the world and gives it a taste and a vision of the cure readily available in Jesus Christ.
