Matthew Lodice violates restraining order by calling Monica Perez

Matthew John Lodice of Waterbury, CT, violates a no contact order and commits a felony by calling and speaking to Monica Perez, RN, BSN, formerly known as Monica Lodice, of Southington, CT, who works at the Waterbury Health Department. These are the parents of Dominic Giovanni Lodice, who Angelina stated has been sexually abusing her in the care of Matthew Lodice, Karen Bowers, and Roy Bowers, since 2022.
