It’s an extensive that teaches the development and maintenance of public broadband systems on tribal lands. I got to attend one. It was life-changing.Matt’s also a crazy interesting guy. He’s a soccer player, a graphic designer, he grows food, and he found his way to being a broadband advocate. He’s petitioned government, and brought countless networks to life.
