Matthew Roda is a husband, father, entrepreneur, fitness enthusiast, and endurance athlete.  He is devoted to his amazing wife, Helen, and their two incredible little girls, Caroline and Amelia. Matt is the co-owner of RODA marketing, a digital marketing agency that focuses on building relationships and delivering results. When he's not spending time with his beautiful family, or working on his business, you'll find him in his home gym, running with friends, or out on a trail running ultras.
