After starting into the bagel-making business, Charles has made Bagelfeld's (29th Street and Thomas) a Phoenix staple being one of the only independent bagel shops in America's 5th largest city. That doesn't stop the drove of people thinking they know better. Many well-meaning experts (6-12-year-olds) insist the pizza bagel be added to the menu.
